Credit Engine Asia launches a Proof of Concept (PoC) in Philippines with a leading debt collection company "SP Madrid"

Singapore-based Credit Engine Asia Pte. Ltd. (CEO: Seiichiro Uchiyama, hereafter "CEA") has initiated a Proof of Concept (PoC) project aimed at streamlining debt collection operations and reducing management burden through digitalization with SP Madrid (hereafter "SPM"), one of the largest debt collection companies in the Philippines, in April 2023.



During the six-month PoC project, CEA will provide its "CE Collection" solution to SPM to improve efficiency and reduce the management burden in their debt collection operations. Specifically, in addition to traditional field visit methods, phone calls, and sending demand letters, "CE Collection" will introduce automatic phone calls and provide a Borrowers Page for borrowers self debt management. This will lead to a reduction in labor costs and an improvement in debt recovery rates.
